About Milk Pasteurization

It a process used for heating milk to over 80 degrees to kill bacteria like salmonella, listeria etc preventing diseases like listeriosis, typhoid fever, diphtheria, tuberculosis and brucellosis.

By pasteurizing the milk, it helps in making it last longer.

There are different sizes of pasteurizers from 100 litres capacity to 1,500 litres each priced differently.

Heating can be done by use of element (electricity), steam boiler or LPG gas.
